I hardly leave reviews but nearly every single time they miss something from the order and when I ring up they ask me if I'm sure as if I'm lying! It happened 2 weeks ago and again tonight, I order online and have a copy of my order, they ask me how I ordered so if I said phone line they'd say I never ordered it! It's more hassle for me to ring up and wait for a bloody burger nevermind lying for the thing! Not even an apology or anything just said they'll send it and put phone down as I went to ask a question!

Ordered directly from Fello Pizzeria's website. The food was very hot and really tasty. Arrived quickly too. Will definitely order again and will always use their own website. Great service. I ordered through just eat last time and it took ages to arrive and when it finally did it was just warm. And the delivery guys were messing around instead of doing the deliveries.

I was a little disappointed with tonight's take away, 1. Hardly any chips 2. No red cabbage, cucumber, no tomato only in my partners 3.my wrap was a little hard and crispy This Is the 1st time ever, we always order from yourselfs. Other than these mentioned above it was lovely.
